Great clothes... horrible customer service.
I'd selected an armful of clothes I was excited to try on and an employee took my clothes to get a "fitting room started for me". I was glad to have my hands free but when I got to the fitting room my clothes were nowhere to be found. Apparently he had somehow 'lost' my clothes but had no recollection of where he may have put them. Neither the employee nor any other staff member was helpful in finding my clothes, and they were not accommodating or apologetic either.
Certainly not impressed.
