I went to the park to do a simple upgrade to my annual passes, which took me a total of 3 hours. After giving me a price for the upgrade and completing the transaction for my husband and myself for the Premier Annual Pass, the manager would not honor the price for my 3 young children's premier annual passes. The difference in price was over $130/child. They claimed they made a mistake and the associates weren't "properly trained". The price was given to me at 2 different guest relations desks (City Walk and Islands of Adventure) and also over the phone with guest relations, and they still would not honor it for me; Keep in mind, I dealt with multiple managers. The solution they gave me was to pay all 3 kids passes off in full and they would be willing to help. How convenient.

I've never had an experience like this at Disney, that's for sure!
