Overall a very satisfying experience. My greatest concern was the initial problem was not correctly repaired so I had to return to the dealership 24 hours. I was asked to pay for the part but felt the problem should have been detected on the first visit. The manager was kind enough to wave the charge for the part with no charges for labor.

My service rep, Akanu was very nice, courteous, returned calls, and worked diligently to represent Acura in a professional and business like way with an extra touch of care and kindness for me as a customer. I know mistakes happen and I am grateful for the way I was treated due to their oversight. I have always trusted and valued Acura Car Land service and that hasn't changed.
