For a corporate store in the big apple, this dealership is an embarrassment. I walked in looking to order an E300, no one greeted me, so I approached a salesperson at his desk. The salesperson didn't stand up from his chair or introduce himself, instead I had to ask him if it was okay for me to sit. I gave him my info which he scribbled onto some messy notepad (you would think in year 2017 they would input it into the computer ?). Salesperson stated he would follow up on the build of an E class with me. 2 month later I still have never heard from him. I leased an E300 somewhere else. I would consider Mercedes of Manhttan as the very last option.
