If you just need to pick something up then its not...

If you just need to pick something up then its not a problem, but if you hire them for installation it is a brutal wait. I've paid over 250 for two air conditioners to be installed and I can't even get a call to schedule the installation. I've repeatedly left messages, but I receive no call back. I am polite and courteous every time with the receptionist, but I cannot get a call back. How difficult can this be?
