I am a proud new member of the Alliance Security Family!! Their management team (Brian P.), and sales staff (Sam and Hector) have been extremely attentive, going out of their way to ensure my installation. However, my technician, Paul, is the star of the show! The installation process alone is impressive, but Paul is amazing for so many reasons (I'll share only a few):

Paul was very personable, yet professional;
Paul handled our pre-install meeting with great care and concern;
Paul clearly explained EVERY aspect of the alarm system, even while installing;
I found Paul to be honest, informative, and reliable;
Paul helped me determine the features that best fit my family's needs;
Paul demonstrated each feature to ensure I understood its function and benefit;
Paul was very patient and answered EVERY question;
Paul did more than his job...he went above and beyond my expectation!

Even as a new customer, thanks to Paul, I'm confident that my experience with Alliance Security will be a positive one!
