Coolest security system! All seemingly wireless, super fast install, no damage to any walls or surfaces. Back up power, works even when power is out! Super cool. Eric, our installation guru was SUPER PATIENT with us, explaining every button, every feature, every area of the interface and the phone app. Definitely a great customer service experience! !!

Update 11/2018. The system is cool, WHEN IT WORKS. Can't get the camera doorbell to work 24/7 without issues. We actually gave up arming it. And heaven forbid you agree to a contract. $3k to get out of ours, even if we no longer own the home (contrary to the verbal information given when we signed up, should have known better, get it in WRITING 1ST). Not to mention we were told we would NOT need a city permit (more $$ gone out the door for nothing) which was a blatant lie, so not only do we have to pay for a system we can't use, we have to also pay the city for the privilege of having said system, even if we don't arm it. Just THINK about it.
