Crest Cadillac exceeded our expectations on meeting our vehicle needs. Our salesperson, Josh White, worked with us every step of the way to get into the vehicle we were needing. His patience, diligence, and ability to address every concern should be recognized. He even took the time to show us the Crest facility (did you know you could rent a conference area with patio area here?!) which included a mini-golf area and a mini-dog park for our fur babies. The tour was ended with meeting our future service person, Josh Cienfuegos.
Once we purchased, we were pleasantly surprised to have our car delivered in an elegant glass room off the showroom floor where Johnny Sanchez walked us through every feature of our new purchase. He took the extra time for the many questions we had and patiently showed us how to work every area of the consul/command areas. We are happy to be part of the Crest family from here on forward and highly recommend them for your vehicle purchasing needs.
