From start to finish the sales guy, Nick Whincup was outstanding. Answered everything we asked, was honest about what options there were, was never pushy or forceful and felt like he had plenty of time for us. At no point did we feel rushed or hassled into anything. Once we had chosen the car we wanted (a Qashqai), the paperwork was sorted and all information was there, or we could be told what we needed to know. On pickup the handover was pretty good, the car was presented perfectly inside the showroom, and Nick even fitted the new floor mats for us. Would definitely recommend, and would use both Wessex (and Nick) again in the future. My dad has had four cars from there in the past as well and never had any major issues. Well done to all at Pennywell Rd from the Maker family.
