I had a terrible experience and feel as if customer service could have been WAY better especially if they wanted my business even after they made a 2 huge mistakes. Prices on webpage were misleading. They claimed they changed them 3 days ago. I ve been researching for weeks and when I call to book the prices went up! My credit card was charged way more than what was quoted over the phone. They caught it and said they refunded me but they refunded me less money than I was supposed to receive. So if I didn t catch it they would ve just taken more money from me than expected. Very upsetting that now I need to wait for that refund. Spoke with manager and ended up canceling when she reassured me the prices on the website were corrected recently and suggested that maybe I wasn t looking at the correct site. I knew I had the correct site because that s where I retrieved all information including phone number to originally make the call. Customer service is key. You made 2 mistakes and thought just giving a refund (of your accidental charge) would make things better. Considering some of your other reviews I m very disappointed in my experience with this business. You shouldn t have employees who don t know how to do business with others or who are not familiar with the payment systems.
