EDIT: Mike Johnson's Toyota reached out to me to correct the brake issue that we were having since our initial repair. They went above and beyond to accommodate my difficult schedule. I am happy to report we now have fully functional brakes. I appreciate Mr. Eakes willingness to contact me to arrange the repair and settle the overages that we were charged by our representative. Thank you!

I have been a long time customer of Mike Johnson's Toyota who was just given the worst possible service EVER. I was quoted a price on the service (brakes) that I needed and then charged $50 more than the quote because I didn't provide my written notes to the individual who quoted the work. In addition, my Toyota Sienna is worse now than it was before the new brakes. So bad that we now have to pay a third party check to see if any work was done at all. And, to add insult to injury, we were charged for what was supposed to be a courtesy shuttle. I attempted to review the issue with the service representative, but all he chose to do was brag about his current position within the company and refusing to admit that he could have made a mistake. It is so disappointing to see customer service is no longer at the forefront of this business and they are no longer willing to do what's right to satisfy the customer.
