I give the Paris hotel and casino five stars because they were dog friendly and everyone was nice to my pup. My wife and I had a lot of fun running around playing slots, and the beds were comfortable. I wish the parking were free like the Planet Hollywood (right next door), and I felt like the "resort fee" was a surprise at the end, and don't remember it ever being there before. Those were the only two detractors for me to an otherwise wildly fun and exciting experience!
