They were able to get me in the morning of an incident with my dog when I called. Everything was clean and everybody was extremely nice. I was worried there was going to be a bunch of dogs in the waiting room but I was immediately put back into a room with my dog. It took a little while for the doctor to come in after the technician, but it was hardly an emergency, and when she did she explained everything thoroughly and every question I had. She didn't pressure me into any medications that my dog didn't need at the time, and gave me a few price ranges so I could come back for less urgent testing later when I had more money.
