I had a few consecutive horrible experiences at Hendrick Honda in December. On my BRAND NEW 2019 Honda Civic, I have had to get the car serviced now 4 times, including a time because the Hendrick team put the wrong speed-rating tire on my car. While each servicing was for different reasons, the similarities that occurred was disrespect I was treated with, the lack of doing a job 100% well, + any bit of customer care. I am now stuck with a car that I have lost complete trust in, stuck with 50,000 miles worth of oil changes from a dealership that I don't feel welcomed in, + lastly, stuck with the feeling of regret from not bringing my business elsewhere.

I would think twice before purchasing your car from here.
