Worst experience! ! I would not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel had a strange smell when we first arrived in the lobby and looked as if it was under construction. When we checked in and got on the elevator to go to our room it had no air on the elevator. We got to our room which was not what we expected. The room was very dated and our TV only showed static. We call to the front desk and they sent someone in to check the TV. He called back down to let them know that it was a major problem with the cable and he couldn't fix it. We were promised 15% off of the first night and change rooms the next day by the manager on duty. The next day we changed to another room that had a dreadful smoke smell which we didn't stay in. They moved us for the third time into another room. This room was better but still dated. We checked out on the third day and asked about our 15% discount and we're told that the manager didn't put it in the notes so they couldn't do anything about it and that we would have to call when he arrived. We left and called right back to speak to the GM of the resort who assured us that he was going to credit back our card then. I have yet to see the credit! I will not ever be a guest again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
