My review is two part, the supervisors I dealt with over the phone and the workers who came out to my house.

Supervisors get a hard 1 star or less if I could. I haven't been spoken to in the way that they did since I was in high-school. It was condescending, aggressive, belittling, antagonizing and with no compassion, helpfulness or understanding. I was literally at their mercy in a power dynamic that I had zero control over.

I was losing power to half of my house and that same 120V line was flickering. I was able to determine that the issue was not inside my house. I knew the issue was either in my meter, the transformer or the line. Whichever the case was, I needed them to come and investigate. They simply would not come, I was told over and over to get an electrician before they would take my issue seriously. They would not give me any safety advice or any recommendations to protect my house.

2 days later I was able to get an electrician out and confirm what I already knew, it was not in my house. Called utilities kingston and they finally came after taking to the electrician. They pull the meter and the worker tells me its a good thing I noticed this or the meter could have blown and set my house on fire.

Talking to another supervisor about the issue I was again spoken to as if I was beneath them and even felt threatened when he said he would come to my house but that people get real quiet when he is there about their issues. I'm sorry, what?

The 2nd part of the review is the workers who came to my house. They were phenomenal, did their best to explain what they were doing, what was going on and how this might have happened.
