December 27th. We trekked all the way from the other side of Oxford and arrived at 3.56pm only to find out that they closed at 4pm!!! Veronica leapt to help us and stayed late, never once feeling that we were being an imposition she talked us through our options giving us design tips that will prove invaluable in choosing the right floor for our purpose. Seriously if you are management in Karndean Flooring you have a staff member who went above and beyond her call of duty. I must also say thank you to the door man who was incredibly patient.
