Finally managed to have some dialogue with someone...

Finally managed to have some dialogue with someone at the company and I was racially abused. I'm utterly appalled and at the time I was deeply upset at thier behaviour, this was due to my refusal to pay regarding a legality they over looked. Fortunately I have been
professionally advised by a recognised legal representative.
