All the staff at Baxter Ford West Dodge are great! They were so welcoming when I first arrived. I wasn't swarmed like at other dealerships. I got the pleasure of working with Joe Luellman. He talked me through the whole buying process and was never pushy. He asked me what I was looking for and made sure I was content with everything. He honestly went above and beyond to help me purchase my brand new vehicle! I would definitely recommend Baxter and Joe to anyone and everyone! His manager was very easy going and great to work with! I also had a great experience with Andrew Fauss the aftermarket manager and with Kurt Ranky. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences I've had! Keep up the good work!
