After buying my car from Baxter La Vista I ve had work done on it at their ford location in Omaha. Their service was fantastic despite the problems my car has had since I bought it. Jojo, my service advisor was nothing less than perfect; she provided me a rental when my transmission got fixed as well as being able to give me an early appointment for my ac compressor to be fixed on a different time. Had I not purchased the used car warranty maybe my experience would be a bit different, as well as no doubt expensive however with the warranty I bought when I got my first car it s helped me a ton. The only downfall I have in relation to Baxter is their la vista location (I d give them 3 stars tbh)... whom didn t mention to me I needed to get my transmission fixed at their ford location as well as the manager who sold me the car... for I asked specifically if there was any problems the car had that I may need to know. A transmission problem and the ac not working would have been nice to know before hand when I bought it in February). Baxter Ford West Dodge however has given me a splendid experience, and I ll currently continue to go to their location for future service needs.
