Got my 20K service done on my E350. Excellent work on std. service support. Was somewhat disappointing to pick-up the car after leaving there for 3 full working day and service technician could not pick up the rattling sound which is quite obvious when car is on rough roads. Will wait for next service trip and hope they are able to find and rectify it.
