I was introduced to TRS after my retrofit went bad at a show, a TRS representative at SouthrnFresh4 I was attending stopped to help me. That 10 minute talk alone sold my on the customer service on them, and have never looked back on any purchase I've done with them. I can call them with ideas, place orders, discuss future purchases and every time I'm beyond satisfied. Keep up the great work!
