It's was very very bad experience at the Jersey city dealership service department I personally recommended please don't go to this service department. When I take my car at this dealership
They told me u r not a loyal customer and u should
ur car at route 22 in union nj
Ken barker was the lead service manager after Diagnost the car he said ur car is under warranty but
we r Not going to go fix the car. Me, my family member and all friends promised that they r not going to buy a car or repair at the Jersey city.
