I went in looking for a 2010-2012 Audi S4 and after going for a test drive with a salesman he had to go elsewhere to help out since the dealership was down a finance manager. Stacey Violette an Audi Brand Specialist stepped in and took care of me from there. We ended up taking an S5 out for a test drive and she was very knowledgeable about the cars features and fun to talk to about the car. You can tell she is a big fan of the cars she's selling by the passion in her voice when discussing them, which makes the car buying experience more enjoyable. When discussing pricing, etc it is all very low pressure and honest, they don't start out at an unrealistic price and barter with you, they price their vehicles at very competitive market prices. After I put a deposit on my S5 there were a few things I wanted fixed prior to delivery and Stacey delivered on all of them and was always responsive to my questions (even when I would email her 5+ times a day). Brian Webster was my finance manager. He had only been there for 3 days but has been in the business for 15 years and you could tell he was a true industry professional, he had us in and out in a timely manner which was much appreciated since we were in a rush. While taking delivery of the vehicle I'm not one of the people who wants to sit there for an hour being told how everything works, I like to play around with it and figure out how things work but any questions I had like how to flip through the mpg, miles driven, etc on the instrument cluster screen, Stacey was able to answer quickly and efficiently. If you are someone who likes to have all of the features of the car explained to you she is definitely willing to take the time to do that with you, that's just not my style.

I ABSOLUTELY love the car so far. I am coming over from a 2012 VW GLI (and my first car was an E46 BMW) and I cannot express enough the difference in build quality between my Audi S5 and the two other brands (even though VW owns Audi). Everything in the car feels extremely sturdy, there are no squeaks or rattles at all and the Quattro is amazing for handling turns and wet weather. Audi has gained a big fan and I will definitely be buying another car (RS5) in the next few years from Hoffman Audi. If you are looking to purchase a new or used Audi I highly recommend Hoffman Audi and make sure that you ask for Stacey Violette when you're in there, you will not be disappointed.
