We bought our Jeep at Unity and we are very happy with it and the price we paid. The customer service since then as left plenty to be desired. They don t offer a pick up service for servicing. We live an hour away from the dealership so this makes getting the car serviced a 5 hour trip. The dealership is outside of any town or city, with nothing within walking distance, so make sure you bring your work along! The person you need to speak to is rarely available when you call and doesn t usually call back. I tried for weeks to speak to someone about a minor problem and gave up for a while. Then come to find out our MOT was overdue and we had not been notified. I could go on, but I think I won t.
