Rude was connected to the parts department to simply ask a question regarding a vehicle that I recently purchased and the gentleman that answered the phone was very sarcastic and rudely rushing me off the phone all his answers was short and incomplete at the end of the call he did not say thank you or anything. I am new to Acura and if this is how they treat customers I will never set foot nor call Sterling McCall Acura again.
