I have ample reason to affirm, largely based on the amazing service and professionalism I've experienced from the Neinstein team, that life does actually begin at 40!
While heading to work one morning in March 2015, my car ran off the road just off Steeles Avenue in Toronto, and the impact was severe. Emergency Room, multiple surgeries, and limited potential for recovery- based on the extent of brain injury suffered and even that medical professionals- yes, doctors actually told my daughters that they should feel free to tell me anything they'd like, although I'm not responding. That's because in the doctors' view, I won't be able to wake up the next day. Needless to say, over one year after that, I'm still here, and very pleased about that fact. Also very grateful for the support and service received from team Neinstein, which contributed to it. My experience with their outstanding service began with the settlement negotiated on my behalf, which was above my expectations. With three teenage daughters to provide for (as their Mom lives out of Canada), I needed to ensure that my recovery was going as planned, and that I could be around and available for them as their development and lives continued.
The settlement negotiated on my family's behalf by team Neinstein was enough to provide for my family moving into a brand new Thornhill condo, as well as an annuity providing steady income over the next 25 years! All that while ensuring I no longer had debts to worry about! My daughters and I moved into our recently purchased condo just prior to my 41st birthday. And they were not required to seek school transfers, as we're still in their school zone. That I'm really grateful for!
In addition to that, efforts to engage my employer for a back-to-work plan given my injuries, which included a double leg amputation, were initially managed, then transitioned so I could pursue a back-to-work plan that's also beneficial to my family.
I reaffirm my complete satisfaction with the quality and consistency of the service and professionalism experienced as a client of team Neinstein. And as a consequence am, and remain, very grateful to testify to their excellence in service!
