Signed up for a course but had to cancel due to covid 19 back to work recall which impacted my schedule to take the course. I sent request for cancellation at first the communicationn turn around time was 48 hrs. since I confirmed to cancel the course minus admin fee they have since neglected to respond to me since may 6!!!!! terrible communication , unprofessional and not reliable , especially when requested for a manager to escalate situation and still no response.

They were able to rectify the issue with scheduling which bumped it up to 3stars overall. Sept 2020
