A member in my group suffers from an invisible disability, and when he attempted to get accommodations, he was denied, being told that that was something that everyone had to deal with. While in one of the long lines, he was affected by their disability and could not do much about it. Due to this, he ended up throwing away their (overpriced) butter-beer. He was eventually given accommodations a few hours before the park closed on the only day we were there. I expected much more from Universal and thought what they did was extremely unprofessional. Had we known accommodations would be denied, we would not have come. Obviously nothing universal did was malicious, and instead, probably due to a lack of training of their employees.

As for the rides, they were excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed Hagrid's magical beasts ride. The Christmas decorations which weren't very visible during the day came alive at night, and were amazing. I really liked the Simpsons ride, however, krustyland seemed dated compared to the rest of the park. The krustyland food was not very good at all. A very nice hidden feature is the American express lounge. A nice place to cool down and get a snack. The greenhouses near hogwarts castle were a poor design choice, amplifying the heat from the sun, but still helped with the immersion. The rides that required 3D glasses weren't the best as the screens were not very high quality. The projectors showing the screens should be much higher quality, as they looked to be in 144p.

If it weren't for accommodations being denied, I would've given Universal Orlando five stars, it truly was a magical experience.
