They were by far the best window company I talked to. I had been collecting estimates with three other big window companies, that braged and boasted about what they could offer me at the low price of 30 to 40 k when I talked to pure energy they came in at 25 k? I was skeptical thinking they are cutting corners or had a 2 man crew. But I gave them the business, now I was purchasing 22 windows 3 pictures they showed up with a 6 man crew that actually works for pure energy.... no contractors big plus! did the job in 8 hours. about a month later I realized that they forgot a screen in my daughter room. I called them they sent it over with an installer and it was fixed. no questions no hassles . crew was professional answered all my questions . I bought them lunch I was really Impressed. I am looking for an entry door facelift and they are the guys . No questions hands down. The other estimates I received were being sold by professional sales men and women when confronted with my pure energy quote they all went into trying to beat them down mode. I try not to do business with companies like that , if you cant beat the price or cant beat the product admit failure and move on. oh yea I got a 5o year transferable warranty also ! GREAT WORK GUYS!
