You always here that you only get 1 chance to make...

You always here that you only get 1 chance to make a good first impression. Well they have not made a good impression in sales, delivery, and going to say service now. I actually have 2 people working on all the problems with my coach which is a list of more than 20 items. Some small and some extremely large. Before we purchased the coach there was issues that needed to be fixed and we was assured by the sales lady that the problems would be fixed before delivery. For delivery the only thing on the list that was tried to be completed was the carpet cleaning. It was still wet and not a good job of cleaning before delivery. I took it back 1 week after delivery for them to start to work on the list of problems. I was told 5 items was complete. I can only verify 1, and 1 I can t tell yet, the other 3 I have already showed them they was not complete. The 1 thing that was fixed the black tank flush, they actually left it 2/3 of the way full of water. This is my second camper in 2 years and the first experience as bad as I thought it was is turning out to be 100 times better than this 1. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a RV. I even had the delivery manager call me but when I tried to call him back he actually told another delivery person to call me and I haven t heard from him again. I m not sure who the top person is at this business but I would love to hear from them to see what they intend to do to make my issues right as it seems no one can make anything happen right now. I would tell anyone looking to try General rv and probably save themselves some headaches.
