Very disorganized. If you are asking which courtroom for a loved one in custody. They don't have the correct info. Check with Prosecutor office. Even the police station next door told my family the wrong time for the Arraignment. Which resulted in my family missing the arraignment. Which is horrible, we tried to support our family member. My additional advice is if your loved ones arraignment is for 8am stay until 9:15-9:30am to ensure that they are not on the afternoon docket.
