I contacted Isaac to replace my outdated furnace. I met with Rob who took the time to thoroughly explain furnaces, options and financing. Rob is very thorough, thoughtful, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy a furnace. Rob reassured me I was making the right decision. Next, Jim came promptly at 8 a.m. to do the install and he did an absolutely fabulous job. He is an extremely hard worker, very considerate, friendly and courteous. He did work beyond the call of duty in my utility room to make it more organized and functional. He made sure I also understood the new thermostat and set up the wifi application on my phone. He cleaned up the install area so it looked like no work had been done! I was extremely impressed with his efforts, professionalism and workmanship. If you need a furnace, look no further, contact Isaac and ask for Rob and Jim to help you out! I am delighted I did.
