Do not waste your money at Drivers Select Echo Park in Grand Prairie. They do not care about you or your hard earned dollar. I live out of state, the best deals were in Texas so I chose to give this dealership a shot. Car was great financing was decent and I was out within a couple hours. Two weeks later, my local DMV has not received any title or registration information from Drivers Select. I call their "guest loyalty" line and nobody will pick up the phone. I have left numerous messages on the line over the span of (4) FOUR!!! days with no returned calls what so ever. I have left emails, called their sales line, and short of driving 4 hours away I have no choice but to wait. I have 5 days left to title my care before paying penalties (which driver's select does not seem to care about since they got their money already). I usually do not leave reviews but I am hoping somebody in the dealership sees this so I can just have my questions answered! Until then, this will go down as the worst dealership experience I have ever had. There is 0 follow up support after the sale; completely unacceptable.
