The company does a great job when you want to buy ...

The company does a great job when you want to buy a car. They answer the phone, they feed you as you wait, etc. I was pretty happy with the process until I decided to drop my GAP protection, which the salesman assured me was no problem. I have paid more each month and now the value is more than I owe. BUT, when you need something from this company, all you get is answering machines and no call backs. I have spent several days over the last month trying to get this done. Maybe they delay the process so you end up paying for a couple more months. I received an email wanting all this info, then next a response that I needed to give them more information. It is none of their business if I choose to have or cancel GAP insurance. I can cancel health, homeowners, etc. with no explanation and no stalling. I began this process in July and it still isn't resolved. I do not recommend this company. The only way I could talk to a real person is to press sales...and then of course a human answers. I then asked to talk to a manager and of course, none are available. It is customer service like this that eventually destroys a company.
