Review of Grand Geneva Resort & Spa

My husband and I went to the resort during GaryCon...

My husband and I went to the resort during GaryCon, a convention that is held every year there in memory of Gary Gygax, the father of Dungeons and Dragons. We did not stay at the resort because by the time we had decided to go this year all of the rooms were booked, however, we will make sure we are able to stay there next year. We had such excellent service by all of the staff there. A few that stood out for us was Christine, who worked in the main lobby lounge. Denise, who worked in the restaurant as a server. John, who was a server in the Evolve Lounge.
Chad, who offered us a ride in the cold sleeting rain when my husband and I were walking to our car and Neli or Neti (forgive me I am not 100 percent sure I am spelling her name correctly) who was working at one of the coffee stands that were peppered around the resort. The drinks were great, the food was very tasty. My only request would be to have a porter style beer on draft :D.

I was so amazed by the resort and it's staff and wanted to share my experience from one who didn't actually get to stay at the resort. See you next year though!
