Had a very poor experience with FastSigns in Needham. The representative I worked with, Tim, was extremely rude and uncooperative. He referred to me by a different name in every single e-mail correspondence (some 20-odd e-mails). My correct name was listed in my signature every time.

If that wasn't disrespectful enough, Tim repeatedly told me that I had not requested delivery when I had written proof in an e-mail requesting it. After continuously arguing with me, despite my clear evidence of the request, he said they would only deliver it at a later date and for an additional fee. No compensation for the poor service and delivery slip on his part was made. I requested a quote and timeline for said delivery fee, which he promised to send immediately after our phone call and never provided.

After the delivery conversation he ceased responding to all e-mails and phone calls. Incredibly childish and unprofessional behavior. One of my colleagues had to call to receive any information about our order and was treated equally as rudely.

Perhaps Tim is just a very poor employee and is not representative of the overall quality of FastSigns. But my company will be taking our business elsewhere.
