As a diamond member, I have always been a loyal guest of Shangri-La. But this time the big stay in China was very bad.
1. The quality of the service staff is low. The duty manager at the service counter has no reason to deal with me, burying his head and doing things, deliberately avoiding the residents.
2. Check out when I can check out in English, jade yu has always let me line up on the side, why? Communication skills are so bad, ask the guests not to ask
3. I have stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel for many times. The mini bar is usually free of charge, but the Chinese University charges it. I feel very confuse.
4. Kerry hotel sometimes exempts me from a part of the laundry fee. The interpretation of my mini bar usage and laundry fees is also very poor. The original is like: "Our hotel mini bar has always been charged, don't you know?!" Just give me a blank eye.

I travel to Beijing International Trade for 2 weeks every month, from traders, kerry, jen hotel to China. It is hard to believe that China is such a quality. Let me think that SPG may be a better choice for travellers.
