Very good location: 15 minutes from the center and right next to a tram number 5 station.
All the employees are extremely friendly and attentive, they also speak excellent English.
The lobby is very comfortable, with many armchairs and sofas. They also put 4 macs at the customer's disposal. The decor is modern very nice.
The rooms are small, since they are designed for one person, or a young couple. Everything is controlled via an ipad, including ambient colors! Very cool!
The right price. Although breakfast is not included, it is 13 and it is well worth it as it is delicious and quite varied.
If I return to Amsterdam or go to a city with a chain hotel, I will repeat with CitizenM
