First off, I was told by the ambulance personnel that I needed to go to this hospital because of the severity of my issue. I get here to the main hospital ER in Fort Walton, De. Hanna was extremely rude, would not let me say 2 words, and then prescribed me a medication for something I wasn t even complaining about or have symptoms for. I was brought in by ambulance in pajamas, no wallet, no shoes and a tank top. I asked if they could please give me a taxi or something to get home and they laughed at me and advised me to grab an Uber. Keep in mind that I came with nothing. When I asked to speak to the Charge nurse I was told she was to busy. However she did come in to speak to me. She asked what is so important sir that I need to stop what I am doing to come listen to your complain? I advised her that I was brought by ambulance from Destin. I was told by the ambulance people I had to go to fort Walton. I advised I was brought in pajamas, with no money, no phone, no shoes etc. She rudely advised I could call an Uber . At this point I asked for her name and she advised that I should read her Id badge, however it was backwards on her shirt. I exited my room, and approached the counter where she was sitting. She did not see me and was telling another staff member who does this think he is asking me for a way home. I m trying to run an er by myself . I advised her I would be contacting her supervisor tomorrow. Her response was good luck the exit is just this way. For licensed professional people, they sure are rude, disrespectful, discouraging, and flat out nasty. The only reason I am giving them one star is because they wouldn t let me post this without at least that.
