Don't expect much in the way of service or support...

Don't expect much in the way of service or support. I have been a long time customer, and have 6 amps, several sets of speakers and 3 powered subs from them. The equipment is fine to very good. The service has become abysmal. No response to emailed concern after the order. Shipped to the wrong address (in Canada, instead of the shipping address provided in the USA), costing me $500 in brokerage and fees (amp is staying in the US). Answering machine at Emotiva says they've decided to not take calls today, and once again screw their customers over. STAY AWAY.
