Was very happy with our service from BelRed. Our furnace went south just before Thanksgiving. They were out for a review the day after Thanksgiving, and Ben was really great at explaining what had gone wrong and what work needed to be done. We chose to replace our unit which couldn t be done for a few days so they left us with spare heaters for the meantime. Steve was the technician that came down to do the actual replacement. When he was almost finished he discovered that someone had put the wrong unit inside the box that was labeled to be our replacement unit. Even though it meant he got stuck here several hours longer than he should have, he stayed and contacted home office so that someone would locate and bring down the correct unit for us. Then he installed it so we still got the unit set up that day. We appreciated that he made the effort so that we didn t have to go without heat another day. Overall very happy with the service.
