I've delivered here twice. The first delivery back in April was a good experience I'd give 3 stars for that time but only because of the wait. This second delivery was the worst. I came a day earlier and a older female guard (who literally was not knowledgeable about the process) told me I was at the wrong building. I called the customer and the dispatcher like wait a minute this is the exact same load I did in April. (Packaging materials not beer). Anyways I came the next morning and it was in and out. So basically recieving hours are 7am-3pm. Its appointment based but I guess it depends on the guys in receiving if they will take you before your appointment. I picked this load up on a Friday got to Colorado early Monday morning but couldn't deliver until Wednesday . I promise if I ever have to sit with this load again they better pay me top dollar! Messed my week up!
