Although I have only been to this store a few times they have already won me over with their customer service. Efrain is who I have had the pleasure of dealing with each time in the sales department and their technical support personel are excellent, attentive and polite. It was refreshing to walk into a retail store in this day in time and experience friendly and attentive employees. Look forward to seeing them again when I have need for their services or products.
