Every Aspect of this councils service is substandard. The website is slow, the bin collections and clinical waste collection is terrible. The planning department is unhelpful and take weeks and months to maybe respond if you are lucky! The website is shocking! The worst part is, they charge extortionate rates on every service possible! What are we paying for? They always are complaining about being understaffed etc but they are very quick to take your money! You can never get hold of any relevant officers! When is this all going to improve and get sorted out???!!!
