Nice hotel, decent in all regards, above average breakfast and below average mattress comfort. (Way too soft). I would have given 5 stars except it seemed like we were given a less desirable room due to the fact that we booked online. I feel like I'm seeing a trend with this too. Hopefully the online bookings (Google + others) start providing at least standard quality access to hotel bookings with decent terms, same quality accommodations and refundable options - or else people are gonna quit using it
