I m done wih this Best Buy! Workers who are inexperience and lazy. If you know there is packages that need to be pick up before canceling call them and let them know that your product is cancelled because apparently they only give you a couple days to pick it up my due date was two days away why did they cancel when I have two days left it doesn t make sense. And one of my other product was ready for pick up and when she look up my stuff she told me I would have to wait for it because they didn t order it yet than why is it telling me to go pick it up. I work with customer service and I m not impress. I m never going to order online ever again. The system that they have needs to improve.
