Ed nurse was very rude and heartless... did not show any empathy at all. Is this how you trained your nurses @ Bayview??? With the ongoing pandemic and the no visitor policy it is a must that the medical team update family regarding the status of their loved ones, regardless of their age whether he s a 4 years old or 65 years old... I was just asking for update and this Ed nurse told me that if he is interested in calling you - referring to the doctor -then. he will call you and he even told me well your son is not a 4 year old so you don t have a right ... and hanged up on me. Take note this words came out from a nurse....Is this how you treat family members??? More so it s my son!!!! I hope no one in your family gets sick because until then you wouldn t realize how it feels to be in limbo not knowing the status of your loved ones.
