We had a most amazing experience with Jim Polakovich at Treadstone Funding! His experience in helping us with the FHA back to work mortgage was top notch. He answered all my questions and was with us every step of the way! He closed our mortgage super fast! We worked with another lender for months and got no where. He took over and immediately got to work and we closed on our home Aug 15. This only happened because of Jim. We highly recommend him and will use him if need in the future!
