Terrible communication and customer service. We booked tickets in advance arrived in London to receive an email at 11:00am informing slide had been shut because of Storm Dennis (they only knew it was coming for a week in and didn't notify of closure until 11am having already travelled). Phone up to speak to resolve and the call handling agent hangs up after saying we are closed. Waste of a Christmas present and trip.
